I spoke Joe on 05/01/26 just when north east Scotland was getting skelped with a massive snowstorm. Joe was instantly engaging, understood and empathised with my mothers recent diagnosis and was already on board to make her mobility more comfortable, despite the horrendous weather, joe and his team were down 2 days later to fit an immaculate stairlift in carluke in under an hour and with an incredible, unbeatable price and guarantee!? How does he do it ? I think he does it because he cares about the people he serves, he believes in his business and people. I couldn't recommend JPS stairlift enough. Iain Ballantyne”
