“Just been in your branch and completely insulted for no reason! Literally picked up a magazine to read a review of a band that i saw. Gentleman beside me picks up a magazine and starts looking through it. Out of nowhere a member of your staff says "I didn't realise I was working in a library!" Which clearly upset the guy. Then she said "if it was food,you wouldn't stand there and try it! Which made the guy even more angry,and he said she should consider getting a course in customer service. In which she said "Your barred!" So if you could possibly have a word with your staff and cut out the cheeky remarks. I won't be back.”

“Good local smiths with the normal core range of products and a post office. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would avoid 12pm - 2pm as this is the busy time. Be aware the automatic sliding door only opens halfway so don't try to enter on the left hand side of the entrance.”

“It was around 4.45pm in Kirkcaldy shopping centre on a nice sunny day, when my wife and I popped into WHSmith here for a card for my grandson, who is moving on to high school next term. Quite good choices in cards and we managed to find one quite appropriate, although you pay a bit more here sometime's than some other stores, it is still worth dropping in to have a look around. Not many staff around but the lady on the till was very pleasant, and friendly and was lovely to talk to 10 out of 10 to you lady!!”
