“Asked the groomer after the boys had their hair cut if they'd had any issues. They failed to report the STILL BLEEDING cut on my youngest dogs throat. I understand accidents do happen and that the littlest boy can be hard to work with because of his separation anxiety, but it's irresponsible and could've even been dangerous to not make me aware of a nick so close to his throat. Won't be revisiting. I can't take the risk. Nothing personal, but if no one is gonna communicate with me when stuff like this happens, then I can't trust you to be honest with me about anything else that happens to them under your supervision going forward.”

“Booked two shi tzus in for full groom. Supposed to to get the works. Bathed, hair cut, nails clipped and ears cleaned. The lady said she may only be able to do one of them even though we had booked them both in. Ended up a rushed job. Hair cut looked rushed. Missed parts of the face and they didn't bathe, clip nails or clean ears. Also had the cheek to charge a £10 late fee because we were 10 minutes late for picking them up. £56 per dog is quite expensive. You can get a better, more thorough job done from smaller, independent groomers. Won't be back.”
