“Terrible service . Every time I go to pick up Repeat for an elderly family member ( housebound ) sent from Doctors which I do leave 2 weeks from handing in to actually attending Shop. Told not made up , back 2 days later , not checked , call back next day still not checked. , this week I have been down on 4 separate occasions Queues out the Door , 30 minutes later oh sorry still not ready. Unbelievable . Very unorganised , understaffed and obviously not a priority”

“9-10 minutes to serve each customer isn’t a great service. I know attracting pharmacists/staff is an issue but with a bit of very basic organisation I’m sure staff/customers would have a better experience. 3 days ago I stood for 30 mins in a queue to be told prescription would be ready in 15 mins. I had a few days supply so decided to return another time. That was this morning where I waited for 60mins to get served and the prescription (that was going to be ready in 15mins) still wasn’t ready. I waited some more and finally got it after another 15mins. A second one for family member was lost!! after receiving a text message saying it was ready I made sure I was first in the queue after lunchtime, another 30 minute wait for that valuable position. There are so many bad reviews, maybe the managers don’t care as prescriptions are easy money from the NHS. I have the luxury of going somewhere else in the future. Maybe everyone who can should.”
