“Attempted to use twice both times let down! Booked taxi 3 days in advance so wouldn't be hanging around at 1am. 2 calls to company and 45 minutes later they still hadn't dispatched taxi. Feel you shouldn't take booking if you can't fulfill it. Another time I called an hour in advance to book to catch train to work, again failed to turn up by time train was leaving.... frustrating”

The pick up one was cancelled within 45 mins of us due to leave. No reason given.only through the app as well. No courtesy call. No text. Lucky i seen the notification! Shocking company to deal with. No apology offered.”
