“Extremely poor aftercare and service. After 2yrs we are still waiting for our 7 day walk round issues to be fixed. We have now had a leak from the en-suite. Walker came out to inspect, stated that the shower tray had not been installed properly by their men but that they would not be accepting liability for the leakage. They are now trying to blame Mira (the shower tray manufacturer). From speaking to bathroom fitters we are aware that the shower tray comes with instructions for the fitter, and if not fitted according to the manufacturers instructions the fault lies with the installer. Onto week 3 of not being able to use the shower. No answer from Walker Aftersales on numerous attempts for an update. They class themselves as a premium home builder, would not agree.”

“Not very good customer service . We were trying to reserve the house for quite a long time and every time we check on their website for availability. It's says available then the next day when we called , we have been told that it's gone . Their new system which they call Early bird is absolute joke and they don't update their website on daily basis. They advertise the price something then they say when it's ready it will go up about minimum 10k. Very disappointed with their system.”
