“I went to Chicken Land for some food as I was already visiting the chemist at the shopping centre. When I arrived to the Chicken Land store I ordered my large chips and chicken croquettes and was told I would need to wait for a fresh batch of chips, to which I agreed. I waited for the chips to come out only to then be told that the batch that had come out were for other customers who purchase before me, I figured this was reasonable and had no issues with waiting. I continued to wait and noted that they had placed my chicken croquettes into a bag waiting for the chips to be cooked, I was told that I needed to step aside so they can serve other customers and I did so. After waiting another 5 minutes I enquired about my order only to be told it was given to another person who ordered the same items after me. Turns out that the other staff member was not advised I was waiting and had processed an order after mine leaving me without the food I had ordered. I wasn't given an apology nor did the staff see any issue with giving away my order to someone else who ordered after me. If you're after chicken, the promise of some hot chips and little to no customer service then Chicken Land is for you. If you don't want to be mucked around and have your time wasted, I suggest you look elsewhere.”
