Whilst Emma said Paul would come round at some point during the day, he never turned up and Emma never rang back to explain what was happening, despite promising to do so. She also said she would ring me the next morning and never did. So I was left hanging all that day and the next which was really frustrating, given we had no heating. Never again.”
