Not an emergency but Ryan came round the day after we phoned to assess the situation and 2 days later his dad Gary installed the new shower unit and sorted the pipe noise. All very efficient and friendly. Gary had replaced a kitchen tap for us a few years ago. It took 3 trips for Gary to the nearby plumbing store to get the right tap, for which he didn't charge us any extra. A good, reliable, plumbing service.”
