I ended up in a heated exchange over an Evri parcel drop off. Now, I'm not a violent man but he was very close to me being charged with GBH. I won't be back needless to say.”

“I had a terrible experience at the Buckstone Newsagents today whilst trying to return an Amazon parcel. The man working there was incredibly rude and intimidating. I handed the man my parcel and the label I just printed from his machine which instructed me not to stick on the parcel but give it to the shopkeeper. He proceeded to throw the parcel and label back at me and shouting that I should stick the label on. I apologised and also said that he didn’t need to be so rude. He continued shouting at me saying that he didn’t need my parcel, that he wasn’t going to say please or thank you to me. I was so distraught I left with my parcel and I was a little shaken from such an aggressive interaction with someone for no good reason. I would completely avoid this shop!”
