★★★★★“Mike has a bredth of knowledge and expertise including Rheumatoid arthritis which when I first saw him was quite bad .The exercises proved beneficial and we gradually moved on to physio led personal training. My weight has gone down ,my fitness has greatly improved. The attention Mike gives at his sessions is superb. I feel very confident that he will not let me do anything that could potentially cause me to have a flare .I see him on a weekly basis and plan on continuing as going to a gym will not keep me on the straight and narrow. I cannot recommend Mike more highly”
★★★★★“This was my first time having any form of physio and I couldn't recommend Mike enough. He took the time to listen to the issues I was having and approached it with such care and compassion. He also has the patience of a saint, as I couldn't properly articulate what was causing my shoulder pain/where exactly it was/when it flared up. He was able to pinpoint what could be triggering the pain, and gave me in depth advice on how to resolve this. After my session, I was given exercises to do to help with my shoulder pain, and I can confidently say the pain has dramatically decreased in the last 3 weeks since I saw him. Would highly recommend!”
★★★★★“Absolutely fantastic! I would recommend to anyone suffering with a sports issue. After being told by medical professionals that my back pain and injury would not significantly improve I spend nearly 12 month suffering. I had an initially assessment with mike who took the time to understand my injury history and physical capability. Mike was realistic about what could be achieve and developed a bespoke recovery plan for me, which I have been working through with regular catchups. 12 months on I'm pain free! I am now progressing to strengthening the problem aera ( rather then just coping with the pain). For me personally using Atlas Physiotherapy has been a game changer and personally would like to thank Mike for his professionalism and help in my recovery.”
