Incredible patience from Matt, setting it up, transferring data, helping me on two occasions in person, the first one a mere two hours! A wonderfully sensitive approach, putting me at ease. I have gone for the one year Microsoft business cover and the annual personal care support & protection package and of course the virus protection. (I like this approach and the way in which my O365 is with Worx24.) These charges are very reasonable. Also now on "remote system" whereby Worx24 can resolve an issue if I have one. I am used to this from my previous places of work. I was recommended by a former colleague to go to Worx24. I am delighted. To my mind, tremendous service and customer care, including Ann(e) who took my calls. I believe that the quality of my experience from Worx24 will be sustained.
