“Really embarrassing when I was in last week. A middle-aged blonde lady served me at desk. She has a VERY loud voice. Everyone in the queue now knows my name, DOB, address, medical condition and medications. As I was saying it quietly, she shouted it back at me!! Everyone in the shop heard. I was mortified. Teach your staff discretion, confidentiality and common sense. This is completely unacceptable. Will be escalatingWill be avoiding in future. Horrible experience.”

“Me and my wife have been at this pharmacy for a year now and will be changing, the blonde middle aged women is extremely rude, i went i asking for something through pharmacy first which is a free service of select medicines, i usually get this cream from it and the staff just reject and say they cant get it and the blonde woman has some cheek on her too, shouting and being very rude. i have to ask the pharmacist to check the pharamcy first list then get my medication because the staff just dont seem to want to serve people.”
