“We ordered Douglas Fir flooring which arrived 7 weeks late (15 weeks from order date) with little to no communication and constant lies about delivery dates. On arrival we were delivered the incorrect board width, depth and length and insufficient floor area. In addition, there is damage to some of the boards. We have been in contact with Hoff several times about the incorrect order and the knock on impacts on our project but they do not provide any sort of resolution. Do not use this business.”
