“A horrible wee man on the pavement and some drivers to match on the Edinburgh Airport to Glasgow run. They need to be made aware that they are dealing with first time and infrequent users of their service and not to be mocking them for asking questions. Decent signage and a ticket machine would do ticket man job much better. Unfortunately, we're stuck with rude bus drivers until the technology improves. Two stars could have been 4 or 5. Uprated from 2 to 3 stars after a subsequent trip having managed to body swerve jobsworth ticket man and, as far as I could tell the driver was more human.”

“A Great Start, with a Bit of Magic Along the Way. Our trip from Dublin to Edinburgh couldn’t have started any better, a bit of luck, a bit of local advice & a really smooth journey. On the morning we were flying out, we popped into Kealey’s bar near Dublin Airport for a quick drink & breakfast & got chatting to the barman. He casually recommended a pub to check out once we got to Edinburgh, said it was a proper local spot, nothing fancy, but worth a visit. Fast forward a few hours, we land in Edinburgh, hop on the Airlink bus into the city & the driver completely unprompted suggests the exact same pub. We just looked at each other and laughed. What are the chances? The bus itself was brilliant: clean, comfortable, ran right on time, & dropped us straight into the city centre. But it was that little shared moment, that unexpected connection, that really stuck with us. It felt like the trip had its own plan. Highly recommend the Airlink. Not just for the convenience but for the friendly people & the little surprises along the way.”
