“I have been letting my property with Connell and McFadden for over 12 years and during this time they have looked after and dealt with all the procedures concerning my flat to allow this to happen. The management fee has gone up from 10% to 12% during this time and although no customer likes to be charged extra. I feel it is reasonable. One of the main reasons I have stayed with them is their customer service. They have hired some excellent people in their company, especially Janina Malarska who goes the extra mile to sort out problems efficiently. She is an asset to their workforce and deserves 5 ⭐️s.”
