“Absolutely fantastic experience if your definition of fantastic is being treated like you’ve interrupted someone’s day by daring to exist as a customer. My pregnant wife apparently committed the grave offence of asking for basic help, which was clearly met with peak professionalism and warmth — if by warmth you mean being spoken to like we were a massive inconvenience. Truly impressive customer service skills on display. Nothing says “we value customers” quite like making a pregnant woman feel uncomfortable [and cry] for asking simple questions. 10/10 for effort, 0/10 for actual human decency. Would absolutely not recommend unless you enjoy being treated like a tyre that has been decimated by a pothole. Shout out (however) to the legend who did help my wife - just not the owner who apparently learnt his people skills from Donald Trump.”
