“Unfortunately, I can’t comment on the quality of their workmanship, but I can speak to their customer service. I booked my wheels in for a full refurbishment using their online system after receiving a quote. Despite their price being significantly higher than other companies I’d spoken to, I was swayed by their slick website and the convenience of the booking process. I scheduled the work for Friday 6th March and even arranged to take the day off work. Then today, I received a call telling me that—despite using their own online booking system—they couldn’t honour the appointment because the entire team would be away at an annual convention. In other words, there would be no one available to do the job. This struck me as sheer incompetence. Why offer an online booking system if you can’t keep it aligned with something as predictable as an annual event? I explained that this was inconvenient, given I’d already arranged time off, but the best they could offer was alternative dates. No apology, no goodwill gesture, nothing to acknowledge the inconvenience. In the end, I chose to go with another local company—saving myself a fair bit of money and avoiding further hassle. There are better, cheaper alternatives nearby that won’t mess you around.”

Went in to let the guy have a look to see if the wheels were repairable as every one of them was proper scuffed up with small chunks out the rims, the wheels looked a total mess. I got the car dropped off the following Wednesday and picked it up again on the Thursday afternoon. All 4 wheels diamond cut and original finish.
