“Took a number of mattress topper covers in to be washed on a Tuesday. Bags of items waiting to be washed lying everywhere. Asked when I needed it back and I said end of week was fine. No ticket given. Went back Saturday and my bag of items was still sitting there with loads of other bags and hadn't been washed. Lady was apologetic and said she could do it right then and it would take 8 mins but then would need to be dried. Well why wasn't the machine in use sorting out the huge backlog? Took the bag and left. I was getting a rental ready for new tenants that day, time constrained and this added a load of hassle to my day.”
