“Speedy visit to sort problem -sensor problem quickly fixed but battery required for outside - the first engineer didn’t have one in van . Had a call after five pm to say someone would be round to fit it save me waiting to Monday . Both engineers and call centre receptionists very helpful . We’ve had alarms supplied and serviced by CSS for many years (around 14) and service has always been very good .”

“Very poor customer service and no understanding of lifetime loyalty. We moved into a house with a CSS system from previous owner who had discontinued the contract. We wanted the box on front wall removed to enable masonry work. Although no longer our system/contract CSS wanted to charge £180 as a call out charge to disconnect. Although we will require a security system to be installed following retrofit work ,on the basis of this experience ,we would not consider CSS. We were with our previous supplier for 30 + years. CSS do not understand lifetime loyalty.”

“3 weeks it took with 2 on site visits before they eventually told me they weren't doing the works and cancelled my job after numerous phone calls. More concerned about selling me more produce than actually doing the maintenance work I was after. Went else where and got the job done in a matter of days for half the price. Dont go with these cowboys total time wasters”
