“Ghost kitchen which I’m 100% sure isn’t an actual open restaurant when it’s available at 4am in the morning. This is store bought cheap food that someone’s microwaving in their oven and selling on just eat to make a cheeky buck. I’d stay far away from ordering this unless it’s your absolute last option. It’s a scam, them and Braw Burgers and that Preko dessert parlour are the same “company” if you can go as far as saying that when it’s a group of people half-assed cooking in their low grade kitchens and spending 2 hours to slap whatever they can call acceptable together and sending it off cold, flavourless and even sometimes undercooked as you can see from my pictures the chicken strips which are advertised as crispy look paler than Caspar the ghost and the mozzarella dippers came cold as if it was from days ago that they batch cooked. Like I could put together a better meal with Lidl ingredients and my trusty airfryer, which is what I will now do rather than give these fraudsters my hard earned money. Also when you try to call the restaurant to get an update on the food you’ve been waiting 3-5 business days on nobody picks up and you’re unsure if the delivery will arrive at all and once you’ve given up hope and fallen asleep they appear out of nowhere or claim that they attempted to deliver food to you and you’re either not hungry anymore or conned out of food they probably never even made let alone tried to deliver. £28 wasted, could’ve gotten an uber to a 24hr McDonald’s and have at least ordered from an actual restaurant/kitchen. Also my pizza which was meant to be a Flamethrower pizza was neither hot in temperature or hot in spice as you can see its lacking the key ingredient— jalapeños. Even if they ran out of jalapeños they didn't even attempt to call me and let me know just in case I wanted to change my pizza (cause I was only there for the jalapeños otherwise I’d have gotten margherita) and they didn’t even have any kind gesture to give me even a freebie or something which is what I do in my hospitality job whenever a customer has been inconvenienced. These half ass companies need to be investigated, they don’t have an ounce of care about customer service, customer loyalty, no respect for the customers money, the importance of quality and they have false advertising if you look on uber eats at the picture they use for the food VS the sad attempts of cooking I received. I hate to be a hater but after been conned a third time from the same people who are just looking for an easy cash grab and think they’re smart and can get away with it I’m going to do everything in my power to take down these ghost and secret kitchens. I’d rather starve to death and chew off my own arm than to eat anything from this restaurant again. Vile.”

“Waste of money, hash browns were cold and rubbery, the “poached egg” on my breakfast bun was definitely not poached, looks nothing like how they advertise it at all. Got this after a night out and was absolutely buzzing for it to arrive but I’m so disappointed, should have went to Maccies”
