His communication was great, even calling the day before to confirm timings, routes, etc. Scott was so knowledgeable of the locations, routes and other events going on that might impact travel time. The car was amazing, so well cared for, immaculate inside and even a bottle of bubbles waiting for us! Scott has thought of everything for a wonderful experience. Scott himself was wonderful. He was calm and relaxed and helped keep my nerves at bay. Scott even took a few photos of me and my mum in the taxi and sent them over the next day. It was such a thoughtful thing to do.
