“I prefer to deal with people as opposed to big companies so, after reading such great reviews, i gave scott a call after my boiler packed in. he was able to come round the same day & he arrived when he said he would (which is a massive plus for me). Scott was happy to explain everything he was doing, how the boiler actually works, how to keep an eye on things myself in the future plus he fixed it with a quick service, no new parts or expensive and, as he pointed out, unnecessary replacements.
