“I bought my first car from them a few months ago. Was searching for something special for myself, found a car on the website in the dealership at Broxburn. Back then I didn’t had any car to get myself there to see and view the car I wanted. (I’m staying in Loanhead ) The customer service said , that wouldn’t be a problem and they arranged the viewing day and time for me and they brought the car to Straiton dealer where I could walk. They were amazing!!! When I said “yes” to the car they helped me with insurance, tax and everything else I needed to take my new car home with me. Thank you all again. Very nice people !”

“Terrible service, clearly only nice before buying and once it's done they just want you off. Car wasn't given barely clean, break pads full of corrosion despite them saying they'd change them, tank so empty had to ask them to get a bit more so that I could get home. 8 month after buying a car with them it has problems and rather than showing any empathy or interest they just send me away to be dealt with by the warranty (that I only got for 12 months because of the only nice guy that has been there that is not working there anymore) and hung up on me. Is that how you treat customers?”
