“From my costly and time consuming experience I cannot recommend this garage should you be experiencing any gas problems with your fridge, My motorhome has been twice in this place for days at a time without any success to fix a problem related to gas burner continuously going out and therefore not heating the coolant. New (but unnecessary) parts were ordered and fitted and excessive time spent allegedly checking and cleaning other parts.Despite all this I received an email from Co owner Iain to say that he had come up against a brick wall with this and also said that this was the first time he had been beaten! After the second visit the fridge was reinstated in van and brought home still not working and this was acknowledged by Iain. In total I had to pay what Iain stated as a restricted amount of £749 for NOT having my fridge fixed. On my return home and speaking with a neighbour and also a fellow motorhomer he volunteered to have look at it and said it was likely to be the gas jet at the end of the burner assembly. In short he disconnected the gas feed into the burner removed the unit.He is a qualified car mechanic and after taking the assembly to his garage used an air compressor to blow the jet.It was all refitted and a basic gas leak test done and hey presto problem fixed My mate spent no more than 1 hour on this and of course NO material costs. I have tested fridge operation numerous times for a variety of running times and thankfully now working as it should. I am at a loss how this garage can promote themselves to be Dometic and Gas Safe registered and authorised. A schoolboy error comes to mind! BE WARNED !!!!”

“Bought a caravan from Scottish Caravan Storage in Tranent in June 2024. It was on the scrap heap by April 2025. Im out of pocket by £4500. Lowland Motorhome services were supposed to have serviced it before collection. He couldn't be bothered to finish it as he went on holiday. Seems a regular occurance with him. Maybe if he had done his job I wouldn't have bought it. Obviously in cahoots with Scottish Caravan Storage . Avoid”
