“I've written to scs cleaning services for a valid explanation as to why his cleaners walked in and out of our building at waterfront avenue Edinburgh I'm well aware our lift was out of order due to maintenance but this is no reason not to clean our building . Infact it's completely unacceptable when no one wants to walk up and down stairs anymore . I myself walked up 3 flights with message bags in tow and I'm in my very late fifties. So can scs cleaning services give a valid explanation as to why there cleaners failed to clean our building that tenants are paying for because personally if I didn't do my job no matter how many flights of stairs I had to climb I would not get be paid infact I could possibly be fired or dissaplined and there would be a badark on my record due to this issue. Scs cleaning services explain yourselves.”

“My partner hired these jokers to do an end-of-tenancy clean.... Shouldn't have wasted her time. They claim it took two cleaners a full morning, yet my garage cctv shows their van arriving at 0930, then leaving 10 mins later, returning back 90 mins later(!), sitting on their phones for 10 mins before spending 40 mins in my property & then leaving. They'd given surfaces a quick wipe down & waved (literally it seems) a mop across the hard-floors (missing many areas). Sanitary-ware, fridge, cupboards etc were not cleaned properly & the windows hadn't been touched. First & last time my partner will use SCS. Despite having phoned to complain the following day, & having heard nothing so rang again the next week, she's still waiting for a 'manager' to return her call.... not that it's likely as their attitude seems to be 'We've got your money so we don't want to know'!”

“Absolute shocking service was received from these two gents that where sent out to clean the stair 21/01/26 hours if you don’t want to do this type of work and are sick of it find somewhere else we appreciate cleaners and every member of public but this was shocking”
