“I was disappointed with my experience at this clinic today. My second appointment I found the physiotherapist quite unfriendly and dismissive, which made the session feel unhelpful. I was advised to just take paracetamol for pain and told that several weeks of physio wouldn’t improve my issue, so I’m not sure why I was invited to return. Overall, it didn’t feel like a supportive or welcoming service, and I won’t be returning. I'm just £45 lighter for today's waste of everyone's time.”
