Craig is really knowledgeable ,helpful and pleasant in store, advising us on a carpet and laminate to suit our needs,then for the measurement check ,place the order and arranging the fitting, Craig couldn't have been more helpful, it only took 17 days from quote to finish.The fitters ( Kevin and the lady)did a really Great job of fitting the carpet and laminate. They cleaned up very carefully after they had done, keeping everywhere spotless. , who are the best fitters we have ever used. After being recommended the store by a close friend I went in to see them to discuss my flooring requirements - A full house with mixed carpets and wooden flooring all requiring measured, ordered and fitted. Carpet & Flooring Store Ltd were fantastic. As someone who doesn't like dealing with people like this from the first second I went in the store I was made to feel so calm and welcome. They handled everything from initial measuring right through to final fitting and at every step of the way exceeded my expectations. I was even surprised when after listening to my requirements they actually recommended me a floor with a lower cost as it was more suitable for my use (I'm not home a lot), which is rare to see - putting the customer experience first over the total cost they can charge.
