Although only about 17 years in age, her ability to function in this high-stress situation was commendable. It is unequivocally unacceptable for an adult to engage in verbal attacks against a minor. Such behavior is not only morally reprehensible but also legally and ethically wrong. I hope the woman feels suitably ashamed of her behaviour.”

“Normally very friendly fast and efficient, however tonight the worker kept me waiting for 10 min. Plenty of beds free, I came with my friend. He wasted 10 min of his time waiting for me. Very frustrating and unnecessary. Poor service tonight.”
