“Went in to enquire about wheel alignment just after 8am and was told to leave the vehicle as it would be done first thing before MOTs. Left details and went away and went back at 2pm as hadn’t heard a thing to be told it hadn’t been done and they were still doing MOTs. No apology so went to a national chain which I loathe doing and got it done while-u-wait. I try to go local independent but it’s harder and harder these days with service like this.”
