No call, chased them a week later to be told I've not been forgotten about they've just been really busy. It's now over 2 weeks no call, took the cash to diagnose and now driving about in the coldest 2 weeks still with no heating and no further forward to knowing what needs to happen. Poor customer service this time, disappointed”

“Thank you Craig. Had an issue with my new driver Daughters Fiesta that was beyond my limited skills to diagnose. He fitted the car in just prior to the bank holiday weekend and eventually worked the issue out which was poor routing of wires from maintenance prior to us owning it. The bill was fair for the time that had to be spent but was a nice touch printing photos of what was found along the way which caused the said bill. My wife and daughter were very grateful for Craig's appropriate understadable explanation of what had happened when they collected the car. Have used Forth Auto Electrics before and certainly will again.”
