“I'm so delighted with my loft conversion finished today. There's loads of space in the eaves for storage, Ray and Jordan work so hard and get through so much in a short space of time. They know exactly what they're doing so that everything goes like clockwork to a very good finish. Ray's communication is excellent, there wasn’t anything too much trouble. My staircase was quite a challenge within the space available. But Ray told me he would get it in, and he did!! Looks amazing!!🤩 One of the best things was that once a price was agreed, it didn’t change unless I changed or added something. So I had comfort knowing what I was paying. It's been two months now and so I can say there are no snags:) There's loads of space in the eaves still for storage, so it's been all gains and no losses. I don't find it noisy at all having someone staying up there (it's a guest room/office/extra lounge), and the temperature was comfortable during the hot summer months. Ray and his son, Paul, are incredibly efficient so that they're in at 9.30am and out by 2.30pm most days - it was fun to see the rapid progress in ten working days! They know exactly what they're doing so that everything is done safely and professionally, with a very good finish. I was also really glad of Ray's great communication - he answered emails quickly and thoroughly, which gave me great faith before the job even began. I hesitated for six months before deciding to go for it, and now every day I think to myself it's the best home improvement decision I've made!”
