They were really quick to respond to my queries in the lead up to the event and very helpful too. I was impressed at how promptly they arrived on the day and had the castle set up quickly. We had to be out of the venue by a certain time and they arrived right on time and had it all cleared very quickly with no fuss. The kids loved the bouncy castle.
