“I attended a "Fantastic Fish" course with Jenny, and I loved it to bits! Jenny is very professional, knowledgeable and charming, she showed us how to prepare fish (from scratch) and cook it in different styles and flavours. Each one of us have a cooking station and it was a fun and enjoyable morning. At the end, we had for lunch Prawn Bisque, Balinese Spiced Mussels, Pancetta Salmon and Seared Sea Bass with Tomato Ragu, all done by ourselves!! I totally recommend it!”
