Jenny is very professional, knowledgeable and charming, she showed us how to prepare fish (from scratch) and cook it in different styles and flavours. Each one of us have a cooking station and it was a fun and enjoyable morning. At the end, we had for lunch Prawn Bisque, Balinese Spiced Mussels, Pancetta Salmon and Seared Sea Bass with Tomato Ragu, all done by ourselves!! I totally recommend it!”
