“Oh, what a delightful experience it was to have my untouched clothes remain unaltered after being overcharged! The French woman's defensive attitude when I requested a refund was truly a highlight of my day. How kind of her to suggest I take my business elsewhere! And of course, they conveniently prefer cash payments - I wonder why that could be? Thankfully, I had the foresight to use my account for payment, providing solid evidence of this charming encounter. Remember folks, always pay with a card to avoid helping them avoid taxes! Oh, just wanted to highlight the fact that the transaction miraculously took place on the 30th of January 2026. The lovely Chinese lady graced us with her presence that day, gracefully handling the order and payment. Lo and behold, when I finally had the chance to try on the items at home, they hadn't been altered! But of course, how could they have been, considering I was away for the weekend and couldn't rush back to the shop until Monday? And that's when the oh-so-charming French lady decided to do absolutely nothing, not even offering a simple repair. She seemed to have conveniently forgotten that I was there on the Thursday 29th January as well, despite my possession of the receipt, bank transaction details, and order numbers. Oh, and let's not forget my attempts to reach out via email and their contact page, only to be met with deafening silence. Now my dear bank is left to deal with the aftermath of this delightful situation. How marvelous! Oh, definitely more of a Master of Disaster than Master Tailers. You're welcome.”

“Excellent service and incredibly kind staff. I came in to have a small seam rip fixed on a pair of tux pants. They not only fixed the rip in under a minute but did so entirely free of charge. The fix was admittedly a small job but this experience is testament to the honest nature of this establishment and its proprietors. Today I was a first time customer (if you can even call me that) but I’ll certainly be a repeat going forward. 100% recommend!”
