“Collected my trousers today and was very disappointed with the workmanship and service. The trousers now smell strongly of cigarette smoke, so I’ll need to take them to the dry cleaners before I can wear them. I requested a simple zip replacement (£15), but a very cheap-looking zip was used that was barely working, the stitching is messy. The trousers look poorly finished. I was also charged an additional £2 for a new button that I hadn’t requested. When I declined to pay for it, the button was cut off in a visibly irritated manner.”
