“My boyfriend and I , just took an amazing trip to the city of Edinburgh in Scotland. We had seen the social media reels about The knights vault and decided to stop by. The place absolutely delivered on all expectations!!! We purchased a LOTR replica sword and had it shipped to the states. The process was super easy and affordable. We purchased it on the 18th and it was delivered via DHL on the 22nd. Wonderful service and shipping procedures!! The staff was friendly and kind . We received help from a fellow American and she could not have been more wonderful and welcoming. 100% recommend the shop to anyone and if you are worried about shipping, don’t be we had 0 issues.”

“Would give 0 stars if I could. Dropped in today, my first time in Edinburgh and at the shop, had a nice enough time first time. Went for a walk around and wanted to drop back in on my way back to my hotel to buy a sword, moment I opened the door, which was not locked and there were other customers inside, the American female store member rushed to the door before I'd even opened it fully, yelled at me that they were closed, flipped the sign and pushed the door shut physically in my face. I have never had someone be so outrightly rude to me in a shop before. The clock was 4:58 when I checked afterwards - 2 mins before closing, I had no idea what the time was, every other shop on the street was open and had no intention to cause any issues. Wasn't intending on spending long in there also, I knew what I wanted, and I would happily have left by myself with a polite "I'm sorry but we're closed for the day". Being treated so rudely means I will never return to this shop and will actively advise friends never to visit. Sort out her attitude, utterly shocking and ruins what otherwise is a nice shop.”
