“My fridge freezer completely broke down the week before Xmas. All my food went off and had to be thrown out. Phil was so helpful and came round and assessed my situation so quickly. He gave me two options and I decided to get a replacement. He offered to do what he could to help get me a replacement. That didn’t work out due to proximity to Christmas but he was so helpful and I’m now getting a new one in time to save Christmas. I couldn’t have done it without Phil. He’s now in my address book for all future appliance emergencies!”
