“Be cautious when calling this company, either through NAC or directly. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received for my cooker hood repair. The engineer, Alasdair, attended and stayed for barely a minute just to take a photo of the model number and charged £96. I was told that a replacement part had been ordered and that he would return to fix it. However, two days later, I was informed that the part was not available and that I would need to replace the entire unit instead. This should have been checked before his visit, especially as I had already explained that the PCB was burned and it was easy to share the model number over the phone. It feel as though the visit was carried out or planned simply to charge for a quick call-out of £96 , but it is a full day’s salary for me I later messaged him for advice on what exactly I needed to order, as I am not familiar with the cooker hoods, but I received no response. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this agency”

“* NB review & rating edited after resolving issue with engineer. Appt. arranged via NAC mid-September regarding a faulty element for oven. The engineer repaired the fault successfully by replacing the element. I was promised a receipt for the work, which included a 6 month guarantee for the part. After the job I received neither, I chased up NAC and the engineer directly over the next month several times to no avail. I didn't receive a response to my texts, calls or emails - which was frustrating. Following an online review I was soon contacted directly and the issue was finally resolved. I would have appreciated it if the previous communications had been answered, and this could have been avoided. Was generally happy with the quality of the work and the manner of the engineer during the work.”
