“We worked with Roy on an extension to our home. We were creating a new entrance, extending our hall space, adding a new en-suite downstairs bedroom and extending our living space. “We had Roy organise a couple of add on rooms, (a lounge and a bedroom) to our 70’s end terrace in 2019. It involved a couple of breakthroughs and a bit of redesign within the main structure. I sourced Roy through BARK after speaking to a couple of other architects. For us Roy was the best communicator, most personable and on our wavelength. He was quick to tune in to our suggestions and always keen to offer alternatives with good detail. Our build pretty much went to plan but wasn’t without challenges however Roy was reassuring throughout which made for a pleasurable experience.
