“I don't recommend this place. My 75-year-old father was in a hyperbaric chamber. The bed isn't disinfected, and the oxygen masks are worn out. He attended several sessions (because he had to pay upfront and wouldn't get his money back) and never received a new mask; instead, he received a yellowed, worn-out one. You could contract respiratory illnesses or infections. The chamber entrance isn't suitable for the elderly, and it's difficult for an adult to enter.”

“I went here for a float experience, which was so lovely and relaxing. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, and explained everything well. I arrived slightly early for my appointment but was shown through straightaway. Lovely cup of herbal tea afterwards too. Have given 4 stars only because the room was a little cold, despite the heater being on. This was a little distracting as I had to keep splashing myself to keep warm during my float. But otherwise a super relaxing time!”
