“The wee Boulangerie has a distinct taste, i assume they do all the techniques that the French do but there is always a different taste, i like to imagine it’s the scottish flair. They are nice light & buttery but don’t expect a true french pastry. Staff are friendly enough but they don’t like when you don’t know what your having - maybe this su due to the small store size and stop other customers, so look ahead at their selection.”
