“We collected maybe 6 or 7 quotations for an asbestos survey for a property we'd just purchased before construction work, we decided to go with Forth Asbestos since they took the biggest care in tailoring the survey to our needs, and were really cost competitive. Working with Stuart from there was really excellent, he looked through the plans, did a full thorough assessment of the house, with pilot holes, collected samples for lab assessment and so on. He worked closely with us to make sure things were done they way we needed, and in the end created a great 26-page report. Unfortunately he was successful at finding asbestos in the house, but then guided us through our options for removal when needed, that was also very useful. He came for a follow on assessment and guide at no extra cost. Basically I would recommend Forth Asbestos if you want a real proper thorough job done, at a really competitive price.”
