“Having used Hear Here Scotland for a few years now, I wouldn't move to anyone else. Mark is a true professional and is extremely good at explaining things in detail. The biggest difference I find is that Mark first and foremost puts the customer's needs first and is not out to hard sell you hearing aids, unlike some of the well-known high street stores who, in my opinion, put sales targets before customer needs. Mark is always polite, understanding, and goes the extra mile if you have any issues. Tests are thorough and properly explained to you in layman's terms. Once more, in my personal opinion, Hear Here Scotland demonstrates professionalism on every level and are a pleasure to deal with.”

“Such a great service! Mark comes to my house, with all the equipment he needs to check my hearing and my hearing aids. My first appointment was during the pandemic when it was so hard to get anything done - I was phoning round trying to find someone who could help and Hear Here came to the rescue. Since then I’ve had an annual checkup and adjustments where needed - and I’m confident I could get in touch anytime if I had any issues. And I love my hearing aids (especially the Bluetooth feature which means I can stream Radio 4 straight into my ears!) Thoroughly recommended.”
