“This is an amazing shop for birthday decorations and decor items. The lady selling at the store was very generous to me. I needed to buy ribbons but only had a card, and she kindly gave them to me for free. Of course, I wanted to pay, so I went back and bought some beautiful balloons for decorations. The quality of balloons were nice and the store has a huge variety of decorative items.”

“We have used this shop (mostly going there to order in person) many time over the years for various occasions. This time I'd ordered balloons for my wife's birthday via the website. When I came to pick them up we realised that I had messed up and selected the wrong colour choices, so what I was picking up was not what I'd wanted. TOTALLY my fault. When I asked if they could be changed the lady in the shop said "yes, of course" although it would take a little time to re-do the arrangement. I offered to pay for additional time and balloons, but she refused and I happily picked the new arrangement up about 20mins later. I really appreciated the efforts and kind generosity of what you did and what a great example of customer service, when others may have said "NO" and made me order (and pay) all over again. Thank you so much for helping and most of all for your friendly and positive approach to resolving the situation. I'll make sure and check before I click next time, but for sure, we will be back to buy from you again, with pleasure. Cheers”
