“We had a Christmas dinner last night with my husband and our toddler. We spent over 2 hours in the restaurant because the service was extremely slow. The restaurant was very cold; our hands and feet were freezing. I asked for a heater, but it was rusty and made little difference. The restaurant was also not very clean, but we decided to stay because we were hungry and had seen good reviews, so we tried not to judge by appearances. When the food finally arrived, it was not hot and became cold very quickly due to the temperature in the restaurant. The lamb saag had only a few pieces of meat. My chicken tandoori was extremely salty. When the staff asked how the food was, I mentioned that it was salty, but they said nothing and walked away. After leaving the restaurant, we soon developed stomach pain, and the next morning we were still unwell. We will definitely not be returning. Very disappointed.”
