“Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I had a very disappointing experience at Pro Cut Barbers in Gorgie while getting a haircut for my child. From the start, the barber appeared to be in a rush and did not give the haircut the time and attention it required. I clearly explained the hairstyle and gave specific instructions, but these were not followed. When I raised concerns during the haircut, the barber responded by saying that it would be done “this way only,” without listening or making any effort to adjust based on what was requested. The final result was extremely poor and upsetting, especially as this was a child’s haircut. My child was very distressed after seeing the haircut, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Given the quality of the service, the amount charged was not justified. If a barber is not confident with a particular style, it would be more professional to say so or ask another barber to help, rather than proceeding without considering the customer’s instructions. Overall, this experience reflected a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inadequate customer care. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop, particularly for children’s haircuts.”
