“I contacted this company/ person in April 2022 to sign service contract.we were given option of monthly payment/ full annual payment. We agreed for full annual payment. He messaged few times that weekend to make payment. After making payment, the guy came once to check what sort of boiler etc. I have asked atleast 10 times to provide paperwork for contract which we still have not received. We had a boiler breakdown in October but he kept emailing/ messaging and postponing his visit but did not attend the premises even though payed for full breakdown cover including parts. We demanded refund . He agreed to refund in beginning of November 2022 but despite of too many phone calls / text messages he didn’t refund. He keeps giving silly excuses to vist the property and to refund. HIGHLY UNRELIABLE, NOT TRUSTWORTHY, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Customers: Please make sure to get the job done first, get all the paperwork and then make a payment.”
