They struggled to deliver even on basic Accountancy service requirements for our business, failing to handle Corporation Tax correctly, making numerous Payroll errors and taking more than 6 months to clear our EOY Accounts after our financial year end. They do not respond when you call them with queries. Promising to respond, via their remote telephone service, but never calling back. Simply choosing to ignore your customers leads to one conclusion. We left. If you're a serious business looking for a professional and competent Accountancy firm. Steer clear of these guys.”
