“The staff in this branch are shocking. They have had NO training in public relations. They do not understand how to deal with customers. And they certainly! don't know how to speak to a member of the public who are purchasing items from them that ultimately pay the wages. It is not just one member of staff but from the manger down to the shelf stacker. They have no idea of the product they are selling or when stock will come available in the store. There is other very good book sellers nr by will never go into this store again. Weekly WH Smith customer but will never at this store”
